Delivery Times

Our team works hard to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. After placing your order, please allow 5-7 working days for it to be processed and dispatched. Once shipped, you can expect delivery to take 5-7 working days for Australian orders.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your ACIAE products as swiftly as possible.

Shipping Rates

For Australian customers, we're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. Your aciae products will arrive at no additional cost, delivered straight to your doorstep.

For international customers in New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $20 per order. This allows us to make our sustainable fashion accessible to our Kiwi friends across the Tasman.

Returns and Delivery Times

If you need to return a product, please note that we do not guarantee delivery times for returned orders. We recommend using the paid shipping label issued by aciae, which is sent to you via your approval return request. Should you wish to use your own shipper at your own cost, a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
