Validity Period: The aciae gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Usage: The gift card can be redeemed on aciae.com.au only for the purchase of products or to cover order and shipping costs. It is applicable to all items available on the website, subject to stock availability.

Combining with Other Offers: The gift card can be used in conjunction with other product discounts or promotional offers available on the aciae website, unless otherwise specified in those offer terms.

Transferability: The gift card can be gifted to other parties for use. However, it cannot be exchanged for cash or credit to a credit card.

Redemption: To redeem the value of the gift card, enter the unique code provided at the time of checkout on the aciae website.

Use Limitation: Each e-Gift Card can only be used once, and any remaining balance will not be available for future transactions.

Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash when purchased or once partially used.

Lost or Stolen Cards: aciae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of the gift card. Please treat the gift card like cash.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: Circle to Zero Pty Ltd, the parent company of aciae, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the gift card program at any time. Any changes will be updated on the aciae website.
